Howdy,
My name is Lee Smith, I am a Horse Teacher/Trainer.
The method I use is Natural.
If you have a round pen, or can get one, I would rather Teach your horse, and Train you at the same time at your place. I find it better this way.

Half of what your horse needs to know, is how to have a Relationship with you.

Understand that there is more to a Horse/Human relationship than hugs, kisses, and treats. Although they are very important.

Give me a call if you desire a True Horsemanship relation with the horse you Love.
I will help you any way I can.

When Ski first came to us, we made him a what is called a chicken track. A small coop that can be moved around the yard. So Ski stayed in this chicken track till I was able to get him a real coop to live in.
Now that the coop is ready […]

Well, today was a good day to have a clinic. Got a load of groceries for Second Harvest. Had a wonderful bunch of folks who participated with questions and answers. I love it when I can converse with the audience. We all had a real good time. Well, Checkers wasn’t to sure about any of […]

Growing up, I didn’t know what it was like to ever go to bed hungry.
I’m talking about really hungry.
Yes, I have been sent to bed without supper. I also knew that breakfast would be there in the morning. With fresh eggs from our chickens and milk from our cow. I knew this, because it was […]

Dear Lee:  Sunday I worked on getting Blue to stand still during mounting..  While I groomed him I placed the mounting block on either side and climbed to the top and draped myself over Blue’s back repeatedly.  Then I saddle him and did the same thing.  I also put my weight in the stirrups.  Finally […]

You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour.
Now you must go back and tell the people that this is The Hour.
Here are the things that must be considered:
Where are you living?
What are you doing?
What are your relationships?
Are you in right relation?
Where is your water?
Know our garden.
It is […]
